If you’ve ever dealt with an  Itel phone stuck on the Google verification screen after a factory reset, you know the struggle. It’s frustrating—especially when the customer doesn't remember their Google account details.

Luckily, there's a simple fix that works for most Itel models. I’ve been using this method in my mobile repair shop, and it’s saved me countless hours.

Let me walk you through it—step by step.

🔍 First, Know Your Itel Phone (Model + CPU)

Before doing anything, you need to identify the phone’s model and processor. Why? Because Itel uses different chipsets (like SPD and sometimes MTK), and flashing the wrong file can brick the phone.

• If the phone powers on, go to Settings > About Phone.

• Use software like CM2, Miracle Box, or SPD Tool to read the phone info.

• Or simply search the model on Google with “Itel [model] CPU”.

Most Itel phones use Spreadtrum (SPD) chips, so we’ll focus on that here.

⚙️ What you need:

SPD Drivers installed on your PC

ResearchDownload or UpgradeDownload Tool

Correct FRP file (.pac or .bin format)

USB cable

A Windows PC

🚀 Steps to Unlock FRP:

Install SPD drivers

If not already installed, do this first. (Restart PC after.)

Launch ResearchDownload tool

Load the

file from the folder.

Put the phone in flash mode

Power off the phone. Hold Volume Down, then plug in USB

Click Start in the tool

Flashing takes 1–2 minutes. Wait until you see "Passed

Unplug and reboot the phone

It should boot without asking for any Google account.

That’s it—phone is unlocked!

What if the phone doesn’t flash?

Try Volume Up instead of Volume Down

Reinstall SPD drivers

Try a different USB port or cable

If still stuck, flash full firmware then try FRP file again
