• Step 1: Download and Extract

• Download the main RAR file.
• Right-click it and choose “Extract Here” or “Extract to Desktop”.
• You’ll get a folder on your desktop with more files inside.

• Step 2: Open and Extract Again

• Open the extracted folder.
• Inside, you’ll find another RAR file — this is the login tool.
• Extract this second RAR file too.

• Step 3: Run the Login Tool

• Inside the second extracted folder, find the EXE file.
• Right-click it and select “Run as Administrator”.
• If Windows asks for permission, click “OK” to allow.
• Step 4: Patch the Tool

• Once the tool opens, click the “Start Patch” button.
• Wait until it shows “Done” in green — that means patching is complete.
• Step 5: Open MDM Fix Carlcare

• Now run “MDM Fix Carlcare.exe” as Administrator.
• It will ask you to log in.

• Click “Login” and wait for the tool to open.
• Step 7: Use IMEI Repair

• Inside the tool, click on “IMEI Repair”.
• This will launch the Carlcare IMEI Tool by Transmission.
• Step 8: You're Ready!

• The tool is now open and ready to use.
• You can start repairing IMEI as needed.
